A zesty bunch of coworkers, much like the citrus(clementine), a team/owner hybrid variety grown by long shifts, countless meals, lots of laughter, and the chance to carry on the restaurant they served and loved. Named in honor of “Clementines," they keep its spirit alive with a new tangy mix of passion, creativity, and care.
